WEST COAST FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP HAD RESOLUTIONS!

  What a night of fights for West Coast Fighting Championships. Many thinking it was not going to be a good turn out and dead of a show. Boy were they more than wrong as WCFC delivered another outstanding show as they bring their 3rd show since breaking through.

Branden discussed on The Thrill Hour of how many fights fell through. People getting sick, injured.
It was looking to be a disaster. Well it was not..

Fight of  The Night was a tough one to decide. It came down to the blood. There was blood that splattered on my shirt and my face. Front row was crazy as Jeff Gallion and I commentated.
Scott Rosa vs Jeremy Rosales was one of the best fights I had seen in awhile. Scott used great reach in this fight but seemed to get hit with big punches and was hurt a few times.. Jeremy with a big cut, blood all over the place making this one huge war and a believer in Scott Rosa. His only loss was to Anthony Ruiz and Scott showed nothing but heart as he was able to come back and sink in a nice triangle Choke early into the 3rd and final round. What a fight this was.. The back and forth , the scrap between these two will always go down as West Coast Fighting Championships greatest fights ever. Scott Rosa moved his record to 4-1 and looking to get back in the mix for another title shot.

KO Of The Night - goes to Carlson Clark vs Kory Morford as both guys came out with kicks right away , In the end it came down to Carlson Clark landing backwards hammer fists that completely put away Kory Morford in both fighters debut pro fights.

Comeback Of The Night - I had to add another category just because this fight was too good to not talk about.. Marcus Gaines vs Nick Christy . This fight was guns blazing. As the two came out with kicks right off the bat. Nick was getting the better at the striking and was able to land a huge right hand that knocked down Marcus Gaines and almost knocking him out. Nick letting up but was able to cut Marcus really bad to where he told the ref he is cut. They take a look and Marcus is fine and able to continue. This is what changed the fight. Marcus now took Nick's best punches and weathered the storm. Gaines looking now the more fresh fighter and Nick slowing down with too many big punches being thrown. Marcus yells at Nick saying come on and bring it.. Marcus now landing with big shots.
Marcus is able to take Nick with a beautiful leg take down to get on top and start the ground and pound. Nick is unable to fight it off as Josh Rosenthal steps in and stops this fight 2nd round Tko.
Marcus is now 4-1 in his last 5 fights.

Upset Of The Night - This goes to our Main Event which we all did not see coming. Kito Andrews vs Justin Baesman. Justin comes out looking strong. Kito looking for the take downs. Looking to get this fight to the ground. Justin with good take down defense in the beginning. Kito lands a huge right hand that hurt Justin but Kito locks in and slams Justin on his head as they hit the mat. Just automatically taps on instinct and was out on his feet as he tried to stand up. This came to a shock as Justin was hurt bad from the slam and very dangerous as there could have been damage sustained. 
Kito gets the upset of the night do to the fact of the fight ending early and winning the Welterweight belt.

What a night of fights this was. 8 fights on the card that delivered and provided a great show for the local fans. Be sure to look for the DVD to come out as well Gallion and Brill commentating every fight.
