promises to be a night to remember. The Main Event was to feature GC,

WEC, and UFC veteran Scott “Hands of Steel” Smith VS. GC’s current

185lb Champion Marcus Gaines. Unfortunately Smith sustained a severe

injury and will be unable to compete June 23rd at Gladiator Challenge.

Smith will be in attendance that night to meet and greet all the fans.

Now in what’s being called the “Rematch of the Century” former

Champion Chris Sheridan, will get a shot at the man who took what

Sheridan believes is rightfully his and that folks is the GC 185lb

title. That’s right Marcus Gaines VS. Chris Sheridan ll is a go for

Gladiator Challenge at Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

Sheridan was a heavy favorite in their first battle and was arguably

winning the fight, that was of course until Gaines caught Sheridan

sleeping with his hands down and delivered a stiff jab right down the

middle which turned out the lights of the defending champion Sheridan

and sent him falling lifelessly to the canvas. Gaines was the victor

that night taking the GC 185lb Belt and gaining the edge coming into

this next fight with Sheridan.
