Tickets For ‘Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Kennedy’ On Sale This Friday, Three Prelim Bouts Added

The Strikeforce promotion announced ticket sales for it’s upcoming July event in Portland, Oregon with the Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Kennedy event.

Strikeforce returns to the Pacific Northwest on July 14, 2012 at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland featuring two scheduled title bouts on the main card.

Middleweight champ Luke Rockhold will defend his belt against Tim Kennedy in the main event, while undefeated fighter Tyron Woodley welcomes former UFC vet Nate Marquardt to the promotion in a welterweight title match for the vacant strap.

Three new bouts were announced for the preliminary card pitting local fighter Pat Healy (27-16) against Mizuto Hirota (14-4-1) in a lightweight match, while a pair of welterweight bouts has Jordan Mein (24-8) taking on Tyler Stinson (23-8) and Jason High (15-3) meeting Nate Moore (8-2).

Having Keith Jardine, Robbie Lawler and Roger Gracie also on the card makes this one of the most stacked cards of the summer!”

Tickets for STRIKEFORCE®: ROCKHOLD vs. KENNEDY, presented by Musclepharm®, go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 1 at 10 a.m. PT and are priced at $125, $75, $50 and $40.
