GC Presents "American Dream"


Gladiator Challenge, in association with Thunder Valley Casino Resort is proud to present “American Dream.” Thunder Valley Casino Resort is located in Lincoln California and will host this event on May 18th, 2013. American Dream will showcase some the best fights and MMA talent the sport has to offer. Thunder Valley Casino Resort is one the the top Casino’s in the State and quickly becoming the premiere hotspot for MMA in Northern CA.

 

 

Newly signed Flyweight and Olympic Gold Medalist Henry Cejudo will be headlining this stellar night of mixed martial arts action. Cejudo, in a non-title match will be facing Miguelto Marti at 125lbs. Cejudo, is on a three fight winning streak with all his fights have come by first round stoppage, and he intends to prove that he is quickly approaching an elite level in MMA. He will rely heavily on his wrestling game to defeat Marti but is trying to establish himself as a striker. Miguelto Marti is getting a shot at this rising star and looks to use his speed and agility to defeat Cejudo and place himself in title contention.

 

 

There will be 3 title fights along with the non-title main event between Cejudo and Marti

 

 

GC’s 185lb Champion Hunter Worsham is a fan favorite in GC and is quickly becoming well known to MMA fans Worldwide. Worsham is an exciting fighter out of Folsom CA whose matches always attempt to steal the show, as he will try to do when he takes on a very tough Justin Polendey. Worsham and Polendey will be part of a fight card consisting of 14 world class Mixed Martial Arts bouts.

 

 

Also 135lb GC Champ Bernard Turner puts his belt on the line as he takes on a game up and coming star Steven Barajas.

 

 

Last but not least GC’s 145lb Champ Clinton Fouse will take on Dillon Mueller in a 5 round title bout.

 

 

Ticket Prices start at $50.00 general admission and can be purchased at www.gladiatorchallenge.com Doors open at 6:00pm and the event will start at 7:00pm. This event will be held in the Thunder Valley’s Ballroom with a seating capacity of 1700. You will not want to miss this event. Purchase you tickets early as this event will sell out.
