The "Ko Kid's" Return!

It has been a long tough road for Keith "KO Kid" Berry who has fought in the small shows to the big shows. Keith started at the age of 16 fighting grown men and knocking them clean out! He made it to the pros when he turned 18. His first pro fight recorded was against Johnny Vasquez who he knocked out in the first round. Keith would go on to go 3-0 before fighting Terry Martin at just 18 years of age.
Terry Martin at that time was a beast. One of the best in his prime. Keith was training and ended up breaking his hand before the fight. He had no choice to still fight as that time WEC was under a different owner and said "You either fight? Or your gone"! Keith fought and suffered his first loss off a TKO when he hit Terry with a punch as he crumbled in pain and Terry was able to get a easy TKO.
Keith was 3-1 just at 19 years old and looking for another fight! Mma-ko was coming around and next thing you know Keith "KO Kid" Berry was MMA-KO'S first fighter to contact us. Vise Versa.

Keith Berry would go on to fight Kawika Morton who at that time was coming up as well. What a grueling war these two had as Keith landed some huge body shots that sent grunts from Kawika Morton. Keith would go on to loose by a split decision. Which many thought Keith won that fight. Home town favorites always get the nod. At this point Keith was 3-2 wondering whats next for him.
King Of The Cage was! This is where Keith would become one of the best! He fought Adrian Perez and Ko'd him with a huge knee in just 14 seconds. Then was put in a title match against Sean Loeffler who many thought would run right through " The KO Kid". That did not happen and Kieth became the new 185 middleweight champion in the very first round just 2:05 seconds in. He was not known now as just a KO artist but he had ground game as well.
He was a scary kid. The he defended his title against a young hungry Omar Luv who was also regarded as a good fighter and would give many problems to Keith. It didn't turn out that way once again as Keith went through Omar Luv like a hot knife through butter. Keith actual did win in the first round with a little controversy but went into the second round and was able to sink in a half Triangle Choke and land strikes that Omar tapped out to.
Keith was now 6-2 and a world champ at 20 years old! One of the youngest champs. 5 second and 6 second knock outs under his belt.
Keith would go on and get called up to fight in SHOXC a league everyone remembers. He went in the fight so excited he blew his wad in the first round and was burnt. The second round did not turn out good as he lost do to a body punch. 6-3 now for Keith and looking to improve his game. Keith still the champ in King Of The Cage decided to move up to his original weight at 205. He fought the world Champ Tony " Kryptonite" Lopez who is one of the best. What a war these two had as Tony was getting the better of the strikes. Kieth was a warrior not quitting until the towel was thrown in from his corner. Keith was devastated as he had fight left in him. What a war. Keith would recover and get a fight at Pure Combat! Against who? Doug " The Rhino" Marshall. A tailor made fight for Keith Berry who was mainly a stand up guy. Kieth would come into this fight at 6-4 and looking to take out " The Rhino". That was right in the first 3:00 of the first round as Kieth Berry was jacking up Doug with strikes and kicks and more strikes. Kieth made one crucial mistake going for a stand up Kimura which was the mistake and Doug took Keith down off it and was able to work the ground and pound getting the TKO on Kieth Berry. 19 more seconds and Keith would've been out of that round and looking to strike more. Just 19 more seconds would've changed his whole career. 6-5 Kieth was at this point.

Keith would go back to Gladiator Challenge and demolish four guys. At 10-5 Keith was ready for the big show again and just too good to be in Gladiator Challenge. Lords of the Cage was next for Keith as he would be going in to fight Brett Cooper who is a very tough opponent. Keith went into the fight read and hungry but was clipped in the first 10 seconds and they stopped the fight. very early stoppage as he was hurt but not out. This was devastating as Keith wanted this fight bad. 10-6 " KO Kid" he was facing and went on to get called up to Strike force! Keith was not out of the game by far and looking to improve his career in one of the biggest shows in the fight game. Keith would have some tough losses here on a submission and a decision. 10-8 he was looking at with many things going on Keith had to take a little time off.

This is Keith Berry were talking about! Time off? Nah he was back in the mix! Winning another fight at Gladiator Challenge and getting called in to fight Tyson Jefferies at Fight Club OC. Another tough loss for Keith . At 11-9 Keith Berry is by far not out of the game and gets another shot at proving to everyone why he is the "KO Kid". Tonight Keith "KO Kid" Berry will be facing Adlan Amagov. Don't ever count out this "KO Kid" especially at just 24 years of age. He has many years left in his fight game to knock out some more folks. Do not miss this! This fight will be on the under card for Strike force Rousey VS Kaufman.
