It’s a night of solid fights as Up and Comers 6 goes down tomorrow Saturday September 10th from the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds in Turlock, California. The card is stacked with 6 amateur fights and 8 pro fights.
Alex “The Decision” Perez looks to keep his MMA unbeaten streak alive .Now 2-0 as a pro Perez is definitely facing his toughest fight so far in his MMA career when he faces seasoned journeyman Sam Stevens Milo tomorrow in a 135 pound bout. Milo by far is Perez’s most experienced opponent having had 10 professional fights under his career.
In another 135 pound match Bobby Escalante goes up against Hector Sandoval. Both Escalante and Sandoval are looking to extend their winning streaks to 3 in a row. Unfortunately only one man can come out victorious. Also on the card is a matchup between Marcus Gaines and Angel DeAnda. You don’t want to miss this fight for sure as I can pretty much guarantee you that someone is going to get floored. This two fights love to stand in the pocket and throw leather.
Another solid fight features 145 pound fighters Adrian Diaz and Justin Smitley. Diaz comes into this matchup looking to add to his 3 fight win streak. While Smitley is coming off a win of his own in his last bout against Tony Boyles in April of this year.
In the main event of the card Strikeforce veteran Jeremiah Metcalf takes onWEC veteran Kenny Ento. Metcalf is coming off a win against Marcus Gaines in July and holds wins against James Fanshier and James Terry. Ento is coming off of a KO victory over Phil Collins in his last bout in August at TPF-10.

Alex “The Decision” Perez looks to keep his MMA unbeaten streak alive this Saturday at UPC 6 in Turlock, CA. Perez has had a fairly easy transition from wrestling to MMA. Perez trains out of Team Ochoa first bursted on the MMA scene back in October of 2010 and has not looked back since.
After going 3-0 as an amateur Perez made his pro MMA debut 7 months later in May of this year. He's been sidelined from a repeat surgery for Divericulitis. It’s going down this Sunday, September 4th as Cung Le and Javier Mendez present the latest installment of the Born To Fight MMA fight series. Born To Fight is coming to you live from The Saddlerack in Fremont, California. In the past the BTF fight series has put on some amazing cards showcasing some of the areas premiere amateur MMA talent from big name camps like AKA, and Fairtex Gym.
This BTF card plays host to the CAMO State Tournament Regional Finals for the Bay Area region. One of those fights is Nikko Jackson fighting out of East Palo Alto Gladiators taking on undefeated Idres Rahmani in the welterweight final. Gladiator Challenge: Unleashed recap

It was a hot August night at Thunder Valley Casino and Resort as Gladiator Challenge: Unleashed marked the 1st MMA event held at this fabulous resort. All 20 fights on the card were action packed and all 40 fighters put on heck of a show. “Mad” Mike Gonzalez showcased his always heavy hands in TKO victory over William Johnson. Johnson was a late replacement for Owen Rubio who did not show for the fight.
In the main event James Fanshier showed the heart of a champion against Chris Sheridan. Fanshier never gave up but took a brutal beating from Sheridan before the referee seen enough and stepped in to stop the bout.
MMA-KO awards go as follows: Submission of the Night goes to TJ Kuahine with a slick armbar victory over Ricky Gonzalez.
Knockout of The Night goes to GC Super HeavyWeight Champion Rick Vardell who displayed some ridiculous power in his punches in his knockout victory over Dave Hagon.
Fight of the Night goes to Ivan Pack and Freddie Aquitania. These 2 fighters put each other through a 3 round war with Aquitania getting the victory via decision.

1. Josh has a metal plate in his jaw because he broke it in 2008. (Crazy story)

2. Josh can do a back flip because he was in acrobatics as a young child. (preformed at renaissance fairs and did acts as a clown)

3. Josh has his Bachelors degree in Psychology.

4. The only professions that Josh can see himself doing is becoming a professional athlete and a Police Officer.

5. Josh is engaged to his High School sweetheart...

1. Anthony won the Jr Golden Glove in Washington state at age of 10. Won SF Golden Gloves 2006 age 26.

2. Anthony quit his job in the recession and opened an Mma gym in Gilroy, CA. First Cung le satelite gym, he was told he was crazy.

3. Anthony cannot control his emotions enough to hold a fish or snakes. Scary stuff.

4. Anthony has a beautiful wife n three kids and niece brianna Ages 3, 7, 11, 18..who all train at gym and run the gym.

5. Anthony has been working hard and paying rent since he was 13..Anthony beleives in leading by example and hard work pays off..

Anthony was set to main event the Dragonhouse 7 card this saturday at the Kezar Pavillion but had to withdraw due to injury suffered in training last week. UFC signs deal with FOX

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Today, Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC), the world’s leading mixed martial arts organization and No. 1 Pay-Per-View event provider in the world, finds its perfect media match in FOX, the No. 1 television network in the country. FOX Sports Media Group, the umbrella entity representing FOX Networks Group’s wide array of sports platforms, has reached a multi-year, multi-media rights agreement with Zuffa, LLC, owner of the UFC brand.

The first live event airs Saturday, Nov. 12 at 9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT. Andrew is and up and coming fighter out of the famed American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, California. As an amateur Andrew currently has a 3-1 record with 2 of those wins coming in way of submission. So here is " Five Things You Didn't Know About Andrew Rynhard".

1. Andrew has a 7 year old son named Malachi.

2. Andrew is supposed to be paralyzed from MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus) in his spinal cord.

3. Andrew used to sleep in AKA's boxing ring on an air mattress, he said it was comfy.

4. Andrew believes in Jesus Christ,he says although he's still a human and doesn't think he has to be a religious freak. To put it in another way...he strongly believes in love and the power of belief. for him it's that simple.

5. As white as Andrew is, he has some Mexican blood in him. No one ever believes him!

Jorge "Lil Monster" Lopez has signed on to fight Justin Edwards on September 17th in New Orleans. Lopez broke the news via his Twitter page. As a member of the Wand Fight Team, Lopez last fought on August 5th picking up the win against David Marshall at Tachi Palace Fights 10. Lopez is 11-1 and is riding a 10 fight win streak.

What up yall? It's your boy Mike Schneider here. I'm trying out something new here on the MMA-KO blog called "Five thing you didn't know about". My very 1st guess is Rebel Fighter Flyweight Champion Martin "Tarzan" Sandoval. This section is open to all fighters, promoters, ring card girls,clothing companies, or whoever in the MMA world. So enjoy and here are five things you didn't know about Martin Sandoval.

#1. Martin loves listening to Mexican romantic music. He listens to it because it reminds him of his mom

#2. Martin's favorite snack is a peanut butter and banana sandwich

#3. When Martin was younger his family called him "Pelon" which means baldy in Spanish. To this day some of his really close friends still call him that once in a while.

#4. Martin is a very outdoors person. Into rockclimbing,soccer,cycling, and camping. He loves to do outdoor things to clear his mind.

#5. Martin is a " big softy". He uses the term about himself "strong on the outside but not all the way through." A lot of people think he don't have a weakness because he's constantly training and the way he acts. When it's more he's scared of what people would think if he gave up.

You can see Martin Sandoval defend his Rebel Fighter Flyweight Championship next Saturday August 13th as Rebel Fighter presents: Anihilation from the Amador County Fairgrounds. Fights start at 7PM.

Martin also would like to let everybody know win or lose there will be an afterparty in El Dorado Hills. Also he will have his own party cabana at Rebel Fighter for his fight team and all his fans.

August 21st was and amazing night of fights, just in general around town with a total of 4 mma events in nor cal. Rebel Fighter was one of the four which was amazing to be at in general, with
a total of 11 fights 6 amateur and 5 pro fights. It did most definitely lived up to the hype!

The event started out with 6 amateur fights being you're typical amateur bouts except for a few.
Whats great about watching these fights, you get to see fighters mature and see when there ready for pro.
Josh Smith looked very good and his ground proved it. Only 3 minute rounds, so usually a ground guy is ready in 2nd and 3rd rounds.
Josh Smith did just that as he sunk in a triangle choke at 1:46 in the 2nd rd. Looking very good on the ground.
Jevelle Ford was one to stand out as he made quick work over Jeff Prescott just 30 seconds in the 1st rd on strikes. This young kid looked amazing and out of carnage he will be amazing to watch.
I think he is ready for pro just by his explosiveness in his fight.
Vince Bordi was the most shocking of the amateurs ,as I was told by Roger of Charles Gracie academy Team USA has great stand up, just a minute before the fight, well he sure was right when Vince stepped in he landed a high leg kick and Knocked out Anthony Mayorga in just 10 seconds into the first rd, Mayorga is not related to Ricardo Mayorga just for you're information.
The battle of the girls was and exciting fight, one thing about girls fighting they bring it all the rounds.
Stacie Siedner and Kristen Katz was wild and both out of great camps, Kristen out of Last stand fight team and Stacie out of Team USA. I am really starting to notice Team USA with all there fighters having great stand up.
Kristen won on a close split decision which some boos rang in the crowd, but it was a very close fight, it could have gone either way.
Last amatuer fight was Matt Davis going up against Kenny Steers, regular amatuer fight and ending in a split decision, with Matt getting the nod.
So we move on to the pro fights with 5 of them do to one of the title fights being canceled, Jesse Vasquez was unable to attend.
Nick Christy was up against a tough looking Eugene Thompson which I was sitting next to the corner of Eugene Thompson and Nick made quick work on Eugene. It was sad to see the reaction of his corner when he was Tko'd in 1:08 into the 1st rd. Corner put there heads down for a good 30 seconds, so they must have been working so hard on this fight and a different experience when you're sitting next to that.
Sean Shakour was going up against Daniel Romero, Romero looked just like a little James Irvin and fight a little like him except more speed and allot of back hand fists with great footwork, this kid is ready for pro and why is that? When Sean's corner told him he needs to attack, He did just that and Daniel had another switch and caught him coming in and got his back with a quick guillotine choke 9 seconds into the 3rd rd.
Next was Tony Reveles who was facing Andre Fili who both looked in great shape, but Andre being the stronger of the two and made quick work over Tony with just 1:01 into the 1st rd on TKO do to strikes.
The co-Main Event was exciting with the songs pumping and the crowd going crazy for both fighters. Marcus Gaines stepped in looking very determined in this fight. Next was Tim Mckenzie The Wrecking Machine coming into Godsmack blarring in the arena and was perfect he was standing alone. The fight started and both came out with Gaines catching Tim with a great left hook but Tim taking it well and not waisting time to take Marcus Gaines down to the ground and work on ground and pound with it coming very close to a stoppage Tim was able to get Marcus gaines back trying for the rear naked choke, But Marcus Gaines defense was very good. Defending it very well so Tim swicthed and got to the side and finished with a Armbar in the 1st rd. I could not get the actual time do to the contorversy surrounding the ending as Marcus Gaines was saying he did not tap but he did tap twice almost like Chael Sonnen at the end of his title fight at UFC 117. Tim coming off with a impressive victory and becoming the new middleweight Rebel Fighter Champion.
The Main Event of the evening was just amazing being two young kids. Osmar Delima going against Michael Christensen as Osmar the defending Featherweight Champion came out very aggressive with great stand up coming from Team USA, and Michael having great stand up as well making this fight amazing. Osmar was just exciting to watch alone training with Charles Gracie and with Team USA this kid is going to be a big star. His ground work was so smooth and quick sinking in a guillotine choke 4:08 into the very first rd, once he got Michael to the ground it did not take the Gracie student very long to sink that choke in. Osmar is still undefeated and look for this young kid to advance into bigger shows in the near future.

Amazing night of fights!
All the Special Attraction fights lived up to the hype.
Most amazing knock out of the night came from the hands
of Dave "The Badman" Huckaba who was back in Gladiator challenge
after a year, Knocked out Michael Johnson who has now lost two
in a row and may not be back after this one. Dave ends careers.
Earlier in the night James Fanshier made quick work on new comer
Jeremy Ashly. Jaime Jara wins again injured , Jaime's Hands looked
amazing and beat a tough guy Dillen Hurle who came into the fight
5 lbs over which Jaime proved that didn't matter.
Another win for the McDonald brothers who are just really coming
together as fighters. Michael McDonald is only 17 years of age and
will be someone to watch out for in the near future. Dont be surprised
once this kid turns 18 he will be in Tachi or bigger!
Disappointing night for Josh Thornburg who trained hard and was
getting ready in the back when his opponent Andre Fili was injured
in the back . Thornburg talked on the microphone and apologized
to all the fans for coming out and not seeing and amazing fight.
DJ Roberson looked outstanding feeling out his opponent in the
first rd who was very game and 2nd rd he made sure to end it kicking
and hurting Tramain Smith to where his corner threw in the towel
after Tramain said he cant go on. The Main Event Popped off with
Josh Appelt coming in looking like Roy Nelson looking to try and put that
weight on Angel "Of Death" De Anda but De Anda had amazing take down
defense and hit Josh with a couple of combination's that rocked Josh bad
but he tried to hang in there as long as he could but Angel's power was just
too much for josh who suffered his first loss in mma. Angel looked the best
in his career and looking for a September Showdown with Dave "The Badman" Huckaba
who wants his belt back which he never lost! Great night of fights and looking
forward to Septembers showdown.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Chuck Liddell and Dana White spent countless hours together in the last part of the last century and in the early part of the new one, swapping stories as they crisscrossed the country spreading the gospel of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

White was the indefatigable promoter who would never take no for an answer, working maniacally to build mixed martial arts into a mainstream sport. Liddell was the hard-partying, hard-charging slugger who always managed to bring the fans out of their seats with a highlight-reel knockout.

Little changed on Saturday, in what is almost certainly the final fight of the Hall of Famer’s storied career, when he was stopped by Rich Franklin with five seconds left in the first round of their bout in the main event of UFC 115 at General Motors Place.

“He went out with guns a blazing,” White said.

Liddell had to plead with White for a final chance to compete after having been knocked out in three of his previous five fights entering Saturday’s match. He’d been knocked out by Quinton “Rampage” Jackson at UFC 71, by Rashad Evans at UFC 88 and then by Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC 97 in Montreal on April 18, 2009.

White felt Liddell had taken enough punishment and was spending more energy carousing than he was training for his fights. He essentially announced Liddell’s retirement after the loss to Rua.

But Liddell, who went from fighting for purses of less than $1,000 to earning paydays in excess of $1 million, couldn’t bring himself to retire so easily.

“I just love to fight,” Liddell said, repeatedly, before the bout.

So, he struck a deal with White: He’d clean up the lifestyle issues that concerned his friend and one-time manager and get himself into the kind of shape he’d been in when he was in his heyday. In return, White agreed to give him another chance.

And, indeed, Liddell’s body looked fit and trim, much more like that of a 25-year-old than a 40-year-old.

He also went out with his style of fight, stalking Franklin and gunning for the knockout with every shot he threw.

“He follows big when he thinks he has you hurt,” Franklin said. “But I was never as badly hurt as he thought I was.”

Liddell was doing well in the bout and likely would have won the first round on the scorecards if it was completed. Not only did he land several good punches, but he was throwing high kicks, which he hadn’t in years, and he mixed in some wrestling.

But his lust for the knockout, in a way, cost him the fight on Saturday.

He missed a big right hand and he swung so hard that his momentum carried him forward into Franklin. Franklin fired a right hook that had everything he could muster on it. The blow landed on Liddell’s mouth and badly split his lip, almost down to the chin.

Liddell was out instantly, but Franklin landed a shot before referee Herb Dean could get in to stop it.

“Chuck Liddell came in fantastic shape; he worked hard for this thing and I think him and Rich Franklin tonight fought the type of fights that made them both famous and made them both world champions,” White said in tribute to his friend, who was taken to a local hospital to be examined. “Those two went at it, nonstop, toe-to-toe. It was a fun fight.”

The fight had major stakes for both men. Franklin was coming off a knockout loss to Vitor Belfort at UFC 103 in September and was a loser in two of his last three.

While most of the pre-fight attention was focused on Liddell and whether he could get it back together to, as he said, make a final run at the UFC light heavyweight title, the bout had significant implications for Franklin as well.

The light heavyweight division is one of the UFC’s deepest. If Franklin had lost to Liddell, it would have been his third defeat in four outings and retirement might have been in the offing.

Franklin didn’t want to acknowledge it, but he conceded after the bout that he understood he was walking a high-wire as well.

“It maybe was somewhere in the back of my mind, but I really try to push that stuff out,” Franklin said. “What happened to me in my last fight will not predict what will happen to me in my next fight. I really believe that. On any given night, Chuck and I could do this 100 times and there would be several different outcomes.

“This happened to be my night, and last fight it wasn’t. But you can’t help but think that, ‘Well, if I drop three of four, where would that leave me?’ Any time you put your back against the wall in a no-win situation, where ‘if I don’t win this, it’s over,’ you take your mind off the important thing and that’s focusing on my performance.”

Franklin fought more than half of the fight with a broken left arm, suffered when he successfully blocked a high kick from Liddell about two minutes into the match.

He wasn’t planning to quit, he said, but he knew it would help his cause if he could do something to end the fight quickly. When the bout ended, he beamed devilishly, because he knew he didn’t have to figure a way to win the bout without his left arm.

“I was just happy the fight was over because I knew my arm was broken,” Franklin said, explaining his grin. “I definitely wasn’t going to quit. I’ve broken bones before and continued fighting, but there was part of me that was trying to figure what kind of strategy I was going to use to win a fight with a broken left arm.”

Franklin pulled it out and so his career will continue forward, but Liddell will be left to move on to other things. White, who said, “I love Chuck Liddell,” said his friend would have a job for life with the UFC.

But the man who was one of the most significant fighters in UFC history and who helped the company achieve the soaring popularity it now enjoys wanted that job to be swapping punches, at least a bit longer.

He goes out, though, on his own terms, having fought the best of his era and beaten nearly all of them. He finishes with a 21-8 record and a spot in the UFC Hall of Fame.

Six of Liddell’s eight losses came against men who held a UFC title at one point in their careers (Jackson, twice; Couture, Evans, Rua and Franklin) and who themselves are among the best fighters in the sport’s brief history.

Franklin called the victory “bittersweet” because he didn’t want to become known as the man who retired Liddell.

The former middleweight champion scored the knockout, but it wasn’t really Franklin who retired Chuck Liddell.

It was the calendar. Liddell got old and his chin betrayed him.

He went down, though, the way he fought his entire career, firing big punches and bringing the fans from their seats.

Few have ever done it better.

Shigeyuki Uchiyama Loses His Ear During MMA Bout

Things were going according to plan for Shigeyuki Uchiyama as he put together combinations of punches and knees, taking control of his fight against Masaya "J-Taro" Takita. However, only a few minutes into the second round, a double-leg takedown would cost Uchiyama both his ear and the fight.

Let's call this his Evander Holyfield moment.

While performing the take down, Uchiyama's cauliflowered ear was clipped off by a vertical rope along the side of the ring. A rather large piece of his ear could be seen on the canvas and it was not long before officials called the bout due to a doctors decision at 2:57 of the second round.

I noticed last night that was not the same Brett Rogers
in there who was on a roll and put a good fight against fedor.
Brett looked scared as soon as the bell started like Brett
noticed how much bigger overeem was to him.
He was over powered. Pushed around like he did not belong
there. Brett Rogers has amazing power. Where was that?
He landed 1 punch that's it. Is Brett Rogers done?
This just proves that most of these fights are all hype.

MMA VETERAN AND TV STAR JASON CHAMBERS TO PROVIDE COMMENTARY AT "WORLDS COLLIDE"

Miami, FL (USA): Shine Fight Promotions (Shine Fights) today announced that
MMA veteran and Hollywood star Jason Chambers will be part of the broadcast
team for the "WORLDS COLLIDE: MAYORGA VS. THOMAS" pay-per-view event. The
other members of the broadcast team will be announced shortly.

Born in Chicago, IL, Jason "Hollywood" Chambers, as he is known in the MMA
world, is a former professional fighter with a record of 18-5. Perhaps best
known as the host of the hit History Channel Series "Human Weapon," Jason
traveled the globe to explore the history and techniques of various martial
arts as part of the show. A diverse artist in every sense of the word, Jason
is a certified Jeet Kune Do Concepts Instructor, and a brown belt in
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jason's career, though, has often blurred the lines
between cage and stage. Jason has been involved in the entertainment field
since 2002, when he began to study the craft of acting in Chicago at "Act
One" studios, and improvisation at the world famous "Second City." Chambers
solidified his decision to pursue the entertainment field in 2003 by moving
to New York to further study his craft, while continuing his BJJ training at
Renzo Gracie's academy. He quickly landed appearances in established
television series such as "Guiding Light," "All My Children," "Can You
Tell?" and most frequently on "As the World Turns." Jason has done numerous
commercials and has also been a guest star on "Days of Our Lives," "The
Middleman," and "CSI NY." In addition to acting, Jason can be seen on G4's
"Attack of the Show," where he gives his insights on upcoming MMA fights in
their "MMA Chokehold" segment, and in FIGHT! Magazine, where he is a regular
contributor. Jason continues to train in BJJ and MMA in his free time. His
unique combination of in-the-cage and on-the-air experience will bring great
insight to Shine Fight fans worldwide.

"Worlds Collide" is the perfect tag for this matchup," said Chambers in
relation to the main event. "Ricardo Mayorga is one of the most entertaining
fighters to ever hit the boxing circuit. His hot-headed style coupled with
his heavy hands propelled him to hold the WBC Championship belt. One solid
Mayorga punch, and it could easily be lights out. On the other side of the
fence lurks Din Thomas, who is riding a three-fight win streak. Din knows
that in a fight, anything can and often will happen. I think Din feels
disrespected by Mayorga's actions, and will be looking to make a statement
on May 15th.

Chambers' Shine Fights commentary debut will take place on a fight card that
will feature a 160-pound catchweight main event between former boxing
champion Ricardo Mayorga and MMA veteran Din Thomas. The co-main event will
showcase a 185 lb. bout between former EliteXC Middleweight Champion Murilo
"Ninja" Rua and Canadian warrior Travis "The Gladiator" Galbraith. Also
showcased will be a welterweight contest between MMA veteran Nick "The Goat"
Thompson and Brazilian star Eduardo Pamplona. In addition, a surefire ground
war is set to take place at 175 pounds between 2009 ADCC Absolute Champion
Braulio Estima and former Olympic Judo competitor Rick Hawn. Also, a
205-pound grappler's dream will also take place between Brazilian star
Alexandre "Cacareco" Ferreira and IFL veteran and BJJ black belt Jamal "The
Suit" Patterson, and a simmering slugfest between PRIDE veterans Charles
"Kid Khaos" Bennett and Brazilian star Luiz Azeredo will round out the
PPV-broadcast main card.

"WORLDS COLLIDE" is taking place at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, NC,
and will be beamed on PPV on cable and satellite in the United States and
Canada. The event will be broadcasted in High-Definition, and it will be
available in both English and Spanish (where available). The broadcast will
start at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT and will be produced by MultiVision Media, Inc.

Tito Ortiz has been accused of Domestic Violence according to Rumors.
Jenna Jameson has been addicted to Oxy Cotton for over a year now.
She went into relapse which is one of the most devastating things a drug
user could have happened to them, Tito has gone with this through his
parents and now his wife.
We see Tito does not put his hands on his wife's or girlfriends. This
was a major shock to the mma world and another blow to the mma world.
As for the media Im sure they are loving this and all the people against
the mma world.

Tito will be back, I'm sure this had part to do with him not fighting
Chuck Liddell for the Trilogy.

MMA-KO: How do you feel coming into this fight since the long layoff?
Nick:I feel indestructible,I've never walked around so light the week of a fight. I
feel really strong and have changed my training since Bellator and been
training hard since November..

MMA-KO: What do you know about Nick Zarate?
Nick:I know that Nick Zarate is a brawler and hes stepping in the cage to hit me in the mouth, and hes gonna swing for the fences and go for broke...

MMA-KO: How did you get into the fight game?
Nick:through my mma coach/brazilian jiu jitsu instructor Allan Goes..i was already doing jiu jitsu with Allan Goes and it was a real natural progression going from bjj to mma..

MMA-KO: Who is someone you would love to face in the near future?
NICK:I would really like to fight Josh Griggs..and if I could I would fight Tito Ortiz.. I think I'm a better grappler and striker.

MMA-KO: What are some of the things you like to do right before you're
fight?
NICK:I hit hand pads and tie up and clinch and pummel and get a good sweat
going, I prey, I put on my gi..I like to walk out in my Gi.. I go over some
positions i work on specifically for the opponent..

MMA-KO: While you're not training what is the one thing you like to do?
NICK:I like surfing, and dirt biking.

MMA-KO: What is you're training schedule like?
NICK:10am-12 mma..Than 5pm-8pm Brazilian jiu jitsu and Muay Thai.. I train with a Gi everyday as much as possible..Night time I sometimes go back around 10pm and lift weight or do Cardio

MMA-KO: Do you feel you are a complete fighter or do you have allot more to add to you're game?
NICK: I feel like I am a complete fighter especially now with
all the wrestling I have been doing since Bellator.. but in this sport I
don't think any one is perfect I think in all martial arts their is something
new to learn every day..so i'm now adding to my arsenal!!

MMA-KO: Is there anyone you would like to thank?
NICK: I would like to give a
special thanks to god, my family,all my friends and training partners..mma
no-ko mouth guards athletic body care , Hitman, sinister..and a special
thanks to Allan goes for bringing me in to this wonderful sport and giving
